Over a year ago, Dirk at Summit Gutters had given me a great quote for a full gutter system, and a included a few repairs needed. Customer communication was excellent and the installers did a great job. Over a year later, we noticed some water pooling and some issues with the gutters. I contacted Dirk regarding the issues. Within a day, Dirk had a crew to the location, had contacted me regarding the concerns, and had everything fixed within the same day. I contacted them for what I thought was a small gutter repair. After the drone pictures we found the entire fascia, soffit and gutter were coming off the side of the house. Dirk and everyone at Summit Roofing and Gutters were very helpful. They checked the roof and found it in need of replacing also.
